WebStore Terms, Conditions, and Ordering Information*

Shipping and Handling

All orders are subject to shipping and handling charges. At this time we ship via UPS only, and must have a physical address for shipping. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, or to any area outside of the contiguous 48 states. We hope to have other shipping options available for you in the future.

Shipping charges will be calculated when you enter your zip code on the PayPal checkout page. At this time we are offering the following flat shipping rates, as they are what is charged to us by our vendors: Orders $10.00 and under will be charged $5.00, orders from $10.01 to $50.00 will be charged $7.00, and orders $50.01 and up will be charged $9.00.

Please note that UPS charges us a $5.00 fee for any order that is sent to an invalid address. In order to help us eliminate this cost and ensure we can maintain competitive product and shipping prices for our customers, please make sure you check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.

Tax

We are based in New York State, and therefore all orders shipping to an address in New York State will be charged 8% sales tax. Orders shipping to any other state will not incur any sales tax charges.

Returns

We will accept the return of any defective merchandise. Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your order to make exchange/refund arrangements. If you receive an item that you no longer want but it is not defective, you may still return it and we will issue a refund minus any shipping charges. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. No refunds/exchanges will be offered if the item was damaged by the customer. Please note that we will be unable to issue any refunds after 60 days of your order being charged, so it is in your best interest as well as ours to contact us immediately with any order issues.

Privacy

We do NOT rent or sell any customer information with anyone. We do not send unwanted postal mail or email. Any email sent from us will be specifically related to your order (shipping confirmation, back order information, billing information, etc...).

Payment

We accept all major credit cards and electronic fund transfers through PayPal. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of payments being cleared.

Backorders

We make every effort to remove any backordered items from our online store right away. However, this is a manual process and there may be occasions when items become unavailable after the submission of your order. In the event one of your selected items is not available, we will contact you immediately via email to let you know. Since the orders are charged in full at the time they are submitted, we will give you the options of either accepting the backordered item when it is available, or cancelling it and receiving a refund. No additional shipping charges will be incurred on backordered items when they are shipped.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a product is listed with an incorrect price or description due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the order and the order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a refund for the full amount of the charge.

Casa Bella Luna will not be held responsible for any misuse of products, and will not be liable for any damages or injuries incurred by the misuse of the products.

Your receipt of an order confirmation means that your order has been submited to us. It does not signify that we have accepted your order. We reserve the right at any time after submission of your order to accept or decline the order.
